June sees the annual Aldeburgh Festival take place while there are many other music and arts events that take place throughout the year.

Heritage Coast
The breathtaking Heritage Coast is a region of conservation and much is classed as an area of outstanding natural beauty. With miles of walks and cycle trails there are lots of things to do in Suffolk to enjoy the great outdoors. The county is home to an abundance of birds and wildlife, and the RSPB’s flagship reserve, Minsmere, is situated nearby making it the perfect place for birdwatchers.

Aldeburgh Cinema
Aldeburgh Cinema is a thriving venue, offering an eclectic and exciting range of films throughout the year.

Furthermore, starting this October, Aldeburgh Cinema is delighted to launch a new season of operas from the New York MET. Kicking off with Tosca on Saturday 10th October at 6pm, the new season is guaranteed to delight both opera lovers and newcomers.

The Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival is a two week celebration of the abundance of good local food and drink to be found in East Suffolk. The Festival takes place throughout East Suffolk from Friday 24th September through to Saturday 9th October 2010.
